Edenmore Drug Intervention Team is a Community Drug and Alcohol Project providing a wide range of services to young people and adults regarding their own, or a loved ones’ drug and alcohol use. We do not charge for our services

Adult Drug and Alcohol Services:

One to one support – each care-plan is tailor made depending on an individuals’ current drug and, or alcohol use.

Services included:

* Key-working & care planning

*Harm reduction

*Reduce the use and stabilisation

* Preparation and referral into residential treatment services

* Case Management – integrated working with other agencies

Young Persons Programme: 14-21 years

*One to one support – each care-plan is tailor made depending on an individuals’ current drug and, or alcohol use.

Services included:

* Key-working and care planning

* Education and prevention

* Harm Reduction

* Reduce the use and stabalision 

* Preparation and referral into residential treatment services

* Youth Aftercare Support group for 15-18 years olds

* Case management – integrated working with other agencies

Family Support Services: Adults and young people from age of 14 years

* One to one support using the 5-step Family Support Model

* Group support for young people aged 14-18 years

* Referral to Strengthening Families and other family based interventions within the local area.

* Residential Treatment pre-entry preparation for family members.
