Other Information
The Donnycarney Youth Project is funded through CDYSB (City of Dublin Youth Service Board) and it employs three full time Community Youth Workers to work with young people in Donnycarney between the ages of 10 and 21 years. The Project had its first full time youth worker in the year 1984 and from then the organisation has grown and now has 3 strands which is the Youth Service, The Drugs Service and the CE Scheme.
Individual Work
When needs arise we work with young people on a one to one basis to support them through specific issues or to achieve certain goals.
Mainstream Youth Service Provision
Donnycarney Youth Project exists due to Mainstream youth services that have been running in the community for over 30 years.
Group Work
We have a wide and varied selection of groups and the age ranges go from 7 right up to 18 year olds.
